Sitting 8 hours a day shortens your hip flexors and rounds your thoracic spine. You cannot step onto the first tee and expect to access 90 degrees of shoulder turn.
2. The Early Extension Trap
When your ankles lack dorsiflexion, your hips must move toward the ball to maintain balance during the downswing. This is early extension, and it destroys strike consistency.
