The 12-Week Protocol
A linear progression designed to restore the three pillars of the golf swing: Thoracic Rotation, Hip Internal/External Rotation, and Ankle Dorsiflexion.
Phase 1: Tissue Unlocking (Weeks 1-4)
Before we can build strength at new ranges, we must convince your nervous system to let go of its protective tension. We use long-duration, low-load yielding isometrics.
| Focus Area | Key Movement | Sets x Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Thoracic Spine | Rib-Grab Rotations | 3 x 2 mins |
| Hips | 90/90 Base Position Holds | 3 x 2 mins per side |
Phase 2: Active Control (Weeks 5-8)
We introduce PAILs and RAILs. You will push against immovable resistance (like the floor) to build neurological control over the newly acquired range of motion.
Phase 3: Integration (Weeks 9-12)
Transitioning ground-based mobility into standing, dynamic movements that directly mimic the force vectors of the golf swing.
